Pregrado
From the professional experiences during the development of the pedagogical practices, inappropriate behaviors developed in the classroom could be observed in the children. These behaviors were the result of the few parenting guidelines established at home and the poor mechanisms used by the teacher to maintain discipline in the classroom. Henao, Ramírez & Ramírez, (2007) mention “The importance of the family in socialization and development during childhood, the combination of customs and parenting habits of parents, sensitivity towards the needs of their child, acceptance of your individuality; the affection that is expressed and the control mechanisms are the basis for regulating the behavior of their children ”(p. 69).
Sometimes the teachers opted for a permissive attitude towards the behavior presented by the students in the classroom, giving rise to negative attitudes to continue and persist. Adler (1954) maintains that if the child presents bad behavior it is because something happens in her environment, not because he acted out of evil. A basic principle lies in the fact that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, he recognizes the importance of the adult as a guide in the training process.
