dc.description	This work provides an overview of the research on scientific production on radio during the period 2000-2016. For the analysis, the production contained in the magazines belonging to the category of Film, Radio, Television in the Web of Science was used. A total of 318 publications are extracted and data have been calculated such as number of documents per year, countries of affiliation of the authors, thematic categories related to the category selected as object of study, the sources in which the works are disseminated, the language of publication, documentary typology and average number of citations per document. The results of the study show that there is a stable trend throughout the period, publishing articles where about 45% of the authors are affiliated with a US institution and in most disciplines more than 60% of the publications are in English.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo proporciona una visión general de la investigación sobre la producción científica sobre radio durante el periodo 2000-2016. Para el análisis se ha utilizado la producción contenida en las revistas pertenecientes a la categoría de Film, Radio, Television en la Web of Science. Se extraen un total de 318 publicaciones y se han calculado datos tales como número de documentos por años, países de afiliación de los autores, categorías temáticas relacionadas con la categoría seleccionada como objeto de estudio, las fuentes en las que se difunden los trabajos, el idioma de publicación, tipología documental y promedio de citas por documento. Los resultados del estudio muestran que hay una tendencia estable a lo largo de todo el período, publicando artículos donde cerca del 45% de los autores están afiliados a una institución estadounidense y como en la mayoría de las disciplinas, más del 60% de las publicaciones están en inglés.	es-ES
