This article aims to make visible and analyze the discourses on the spaces of women in the Argentine agricultural cooperativism in relation to the sexual division of labor and power relations. Through a critical study of the media (the Integration magazine -its official publication-, minutes of national meetings of cooperative women, CONINAGRO-TV, etc.) produced by a cooperative of third degree, the Confederación Intercooperativa Agropecuaria Cooperativa Limitada (CONINAGRO) they have reconstructed the discourses of the entity linked to its internal organization, its structure and its functioning, with the intention of ascertaining whether there is continuity between the positions and roles played by women and the very bases of cooperative organization. The results show that in relation to the cooperative the dynamics of the traditional rural family are reproduced in all spheres, roles and interactions, affecting the decisions, action and inclusion of women in this institution that since 1956 represents the interests of the sector solidary agriculture in the country.Este artículo pretende relevar y analizar críticamente los espacios de las mujeres en el cooperativismo agrario argentino en relación a la división sexual del trabajo y las relaciones de poder. A través del estudio de caso de una cooperativa de tercer grado, la Confederación Intercooperativa Agropecuaria Cooperativa Limitada (CONINAGRO) desde mediados del siglo XX hasta la actualidad, se tratará de comprender los factores que afectan a las posibilidades de decisión, acción e inclusión de las mujeres en esta institución que desde 1956 representa los intereses del sector agropecuario solidario en el país. A partir del análisis de la revista Integración–su publicación oficial-, actas de encuentros nacionales de mujeres cooperativistas, entrevistas realizadas por CONINAGRO-TV, entre otras fuentes documentales, se han reconstruido los discursos y prácticas de la entidad, su organización interna y sus estructuras visibilizando la reiteración de dinámicas de la familia tradicional rural en las atribuciones de género en lo relativo al funcionamiento de la cooperativa y a la posición que ocupan las mujeres, entrando en contradicción con las propias bases de organización cooperativista.
