dc.description	This comment focuses its study on Advisory Opinion OC-25/18 of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. In it, the Court distinguishes between three types of figures included in the institution of asylum: diplomatic asylum, territorial asylum and refuge. Said figures, in the opinion of the Court, present particular characteristics, not all of which are covered by the Convention, in regard to the right to seek and receive refuge, which does not occur with respect to the principle of non-refoulement.	en-US
dc.description	El presente comentario centra su estudio en la Opinión Consultiva OC-25/18 de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. En ella, la Corte distingue entre tres tipos de figuras comprendidas dentro de la institución del asilo: el asilo diplomático, el asilo territorial y el refugio. Dichas figuras, en opinión de la Corte, presentan características particulares, no quedando todas cubiertas por la Convención, en lo que al derecho a buscar y recibir refugio se refiere, lo que no ocurre respecto al principio de no devolución.	es-ES
