O artigo resulta de entrevistas com jovens de um call center de Fortaleza. Analisase como teleoperadores promovidos a cargos de supervisão assumem posições diferentes e “vestem a camisa” da contratante, passando a não se reconhecer mais como membro da teleoperação. Investiguei elementos sobre a disciplina, o processo de seleção, a fluidez da ascensão de cargos, os novos esquemas perceptivos do novo “campo de trabalho”, a função do supervisor dentro de uma empresa que funciona na base da busca por produtividade e, por fim, como essa subida de cargo é legitimada na teleoperação.
The article results from a group of interviews with young people from a call center companies in Fortaleza. We analyzed how telemarketers promoted to supervisory positions assume different positions and “wear the shirt” of the contractor, becoming no longer recognized as a teleoperation member. I investigated elements about the discipline, the selection process, the fluidity of job growth, the new perceptual schemes of the new area of work, the role of the supervisor within a company that works on the basis of the pursuit of productivity, and ultimately , as this position increase is legitimized in teleoperation.
