The present article intends under a bibliographic conception, and personal contributions, to address the tension that exists on the part of the teachers, at the moment to evaluate the learning and how this moment turns into a great challenge considering the context of the basic school in the XXI century " In turn, enhance the importance of conceiving teaching and learning as a shared reflective practice, in which everyone ends up learning in a relationship of mutual benefit.El presente artículo pretende, bajo una concepción bibliográfica y aportes personales, abordar la tensión que existe por parte de los docentes, al momento evaluar los aprendizajes y como se torna este momento en un gran desafío considerando el contexto de la escuela básica en el siglo XXI”. A su vez, realzar la importancia de concebir la enseñanza y el aprendizaje como una práctica reflexiva compartida, en la que todos acaban aprendiendo en una relación de mutuo beneficio.
