| dc.description | The theme of spirituality as a dimension of the practice of Social Work becomes the starting point of this article, by electing to equally as research space. Noting the existence of proposals of Social Work that put the wisdom that lies in spiritual traditions along with other contributions coming from the theories of human behavior (in particular transpersonal psychology) as fundamental and essential in Social Work, we understand that deepen the holistic dimension the practice of Social Work is part of the contribution it can make to the profession and professionals, to bring it to the space of academic reflection.In this article, methodologically we made literature review (Canda, 1999, 2009; Rego, 2007; Carvalho & Pinto, 2014) and it is intended to be a reflection - understand to act - on the search and the place of spirituality in the context of Social Work action, particularly in organizations. Those who work in the context organizations know the humanized action can be transformed into a bureaucratic act; act in proximity to one act of exploitation. It is the action of Social Work with holistic sense we think can work in well-being, on principle is the purpose of any social response.A holistic dimension of Social Work, in organizations is not only the ability to comply with the principles and values which underpin the ethics and professional ethics, as well as the possibility of differentiation of organizational culture, given the laws governing capitalism often off of welfare. A holistic dimension of Social Work is also the possibility of social development, in that it is closely linked to personal and professional development. | en-US |
| dc.description | O tema da espiritualidade como dimensão da práxis do Serviço Social torna-se o ponto de partida deste artigo, elegendo-a de igual modo como espaço de investigação. Ao constatar da existência de propostas do Serviço Social que colocam a sabedoria que reside em tradições espirituais a par de outros contributos oriundos das teorias do comportamento humano (designadamente, da psicologia transpessoal) como fundamentos e fundamentais no Serviço Social, entendemos que aprofundar a dimensão holística da prática do Serviço Social é parte do contributo que este pode dar à profissão e aos profissionais, ao trazê-lo para o espaço da reflexão académica. No presente artigo, em termos metodológicos efetuamos revisão literária sobre o tema (Canda, 1999, 2009; Rego, 2007; Carvalho e Pinto, 2014) e ele tem pretende ser uma reflexão – compreender para agir – sobre a busca e o lugar da espiritualidade no quadro da ação do Serviço Social, particularmente em contexto organizacional. Quem trabalha no contexto de organizações sabe que o agir humanizadopode ser transformado num agir burocratizado; num agir de proximidade para um agir de instrumentalização. É a ação do Serviço Social com sentido holístico que pensamos possa colaborar no bem-estar que, por principio é a finalidade de qualquer resposta social. Uma dimensão holística do Serviço Social, em contexto organizacional é, não só a possibilidade de cumprir os princípios e valores onde assenta a ética e deontologia profissional, como também a possibilidade de diferenciação da cultura organizacional, face às leis que regem o capitalismo, muitas vezes desligadodo bem-estar social. Uma dimensão holística do Serviço Social é também a possibilidade de desenvolvimento social, na medida em que está estritamente ligado ao desenvolvimento pessoale profissional. | es-ES |
