dc.description	El matrimonio es hoy una realidad regulada por el ordenamiento jurídico, que hace que la unión de dos personas con el objetivo de alcanzar una comunidad de vida y ayuda mutua se vea revestida de un conjunto de derechos y de obligaciones.No obstante, lo que hoy conocemos como matrimonio ha contado con un contenido diverso a lo largo de los siglos, derivado de la realidad socio-cultural de cada momento histórico. Ello nos permite por tanto avan-zar que el concepto de matrimonio no es totalmente estático, sino algo en constante evolución, a tenor de las variaciones que los acontecimientos han ido generando.Mucho se ha discutido acerca de la naturaleza jurídica del matrimonio. De él se ha dicho que se trata de un auténtico negocio jurídico (un negocio jurídico de familia), por cuanto se basa en un acuerdo de voluntades entre los que lo celebran, toda vez que es requisito imprescindible que los contrayentes emitan una declaración de voluntad prestando su consentimiento.Mas ello cabría objetar de todo negocio jurídico no es tanto la producción de determinados efectos jurídicos como que tales efectos jurídicos sean precisamente los queridos por las partes, esto debido a que los efectos del matrimonio ya vienen establecidos por la ley, esto indica que quienes contraen matrimonio no pue-den determinar por su propia voluntad cuál es el estatuto jurídico por el que habrá de regularse el matrimonio, pues la propia ley determina el régimen al que habrá de quedar sometido. A diferencia de cualquier contrato, en que los interesados podrán establecer sus contenidos jurídicos.
dc.description	Marriage is now a reality regulated by law, which makes the union of two people with the aim of reaching a community of life and mutual aid coated display a set of rights and obligations.However, what we know as marriage has had a diverse content throughout the centuries, derived from the socio-cultural context of each historical moment. This allows us to move forward so that the concept of marriage is not completely static but constantly evolving thing, according to the variations that have been generating events.Much has been discussed about the legal nature of marriage. Of him it has been said that this is a real legal business (a business family law), since it is based on a voluntary agreement between those who celebrate it, since it is a prerequisite that the parties will issue a statement of giving their consent.But it may be objected to all legal business is not so much the production of certain effects and that such effects are precisely the ones law by the parties, that because the effects of marriage are already established by law, this indicates that those who contract marriage can not determine their own accord what is the legl status by which marriage must be regulated, because the law itself determines the rate at which shall be submitted. Unlike any contract in which the parties may establish their legal content.
