The material Constitution can be understood as the daily dynami. The traditional idea about Law as a pure autonomous and delimited system of other areas of knowledge, and the lack of innovation in the way of teaching it, have serious negative consequences on the knowledge and thinking of Law students, therefore in jurists. In order to develop a new teaching model to help to correct all the shortcomings of the traditional model and ensure the achievement of appropriate and practical knowledge of Law and the sciences with it is constantly related; this essay is carry out based on a thorough investigation that allows analyzing the incidence of morality, teaching style and the linking of Law with other sciences. Considering Law as a dynamic and versatile system, it is known that it needs to be linked to other areas of knowledge and that it is influenced by the most innate human principles.

RESUMENLa concepción tradicional del Derecho como un sistema totalmente autónomo y deslindado de otras áreas del saber, además de la falta de innovación en la forma de enseñanza de esta ciencia, ocasionan graves consecuencias negativas en los conocimientos y en la manera de pensar de los estudiantes de Derecho, posteriormente en los juristas. Con el fin de desarrollar un nuevo modelo de enseñanza que corrija todas las falencias del modelo tradicional y asegure la adquisición de conocimientos apropiados y prácticos, tanto del Derecho como de las ciencias con las que se relaciona constantemente. Se realiza este ensayo, basado en una investigación profunda que permite analizar la incidencia de la moral, el estilo de enseñanza y la vinculación del Derecho con otras ciencias. Al considerar al Derecho como un sistema dinámico y versátil, se sabe que necesita vincularse con otras áreas del saber y que recibe influencia de los principios humanos más innatos.
