dc.description	This current article aims at providing some concepts and details around the social policies which are developed in Colombia, in the middle of a dynamic of a conflict and in order to deal with it, and specifically to that dynamic relating to the Agency of the Social Action of the Presidency. In the country, two tendencies or methodologies can be seen. These two tendencies are fighting for space in order to face this conflicting socio-political and military reality; one is understood as a negotiation process with a political dynamic, and the other is perceived as a clearly military dynamic with a social component of recovery of territory and social control. In this document, it is expected to highlight the role played by the Agency of the Social Action of the Presidency, which is framed within this second view, dealing with the social topic, but from the frame of a military strategy of territorial control. This article aims at providing some information about the Agency of the Social Action of the Presidency from a specific point of view, how the State takes on the overcoming of the conflict in Colombia, leaving this way some perspectives of analysis and criticism	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo pretende aportar algunos conceptos y detalles en el debate generado en torno a las políticas Sociales que se desarrollan en Colombia en medio de una dinámica de Conflicto y con el propósito de superar el mismo, en especifico de la dinámica a la que obedece la Agencia de la Presidencia Acción Social; podemos ver en el país dos tendencias o metodología que se debaten espacio para enfrentar esta realidad socio política y militar conflictiva, una como proceso de negociación con dinámica política, otra como una dinámica netamente militar con un componente social de recuperación de territorio y control social; se intentará en este documento, resaltar en especial, el papel que juega la Agencia de la Presidencia Acción Social, la cual se enmarca dentro de esta segunda óptica aportándole al tema social pero desde el marco de una estrategia militar de control territorial. Este artículo no pretende más que aportar algunos insumos informativos al respecto en torno a la Agencia Presidencial Acción Social desde una mirada específica de la manera como asume el Estado la superación del conflicto en Colombia, dejando así algunas perspectivas de análisis y critica	es-ES
