The training proposed by the del Instituto Pensamiento y Cultura en AméricaLatina (IPECAL) is organized from the construction of questions, the fact oflearning to listen, the circles of reflection, and didactobiography. All of thesedevices are articulated permanently so that the student will be able to breakobsolete senses, which predetermine their relationship with reality. Likewise, thisproposal for training is geared to make the researcher construct an angle ofvision, which abstracts an emotional field and a need for knowledge densifiedby ethical-political positioning, which allows a reading of the situation, for theformulation of projects from whatever is possible.La formación propuesta por el Instituto de Pensamiento y Cultura para América Latina (IPECAL) se organiza desde la construcción de preguntas, el aprender a escuchar, los círculos de reflexión y la didactobiografía, todos estos dispositivos articulados permanentemente para que el estudiante logre romper sentidos anquilosados que predeterminan su relación con la realidad. Igualmente, esta propuesta de formación se orienta a lograr que el investigador construya un ángulo de mirada que abstraiga un campo emocional y una necesidad de conocimiento densificada por una colocación ético-política que le permita una lectura de coyuntura, para la formulación de proyectos desde lo posible.
