| dc.description | El objetivo de este artículo es problematizar la relación que incurre entre lenguaje, justicia y derecho mediante una reflexión filosófica y antropológica. A partir del pensamiento de autores paradigmáticos del siglo XX, como Jacques Derrida, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Fernand Braudel y Pierre Bourdieu, se realizará una hermenéutica, una arqueología del significado que nos permitirá deconstruir la criteriología sobre la cual se fundamentan los conceptos de justicia y derecho, a través de un análisis histórico, antropológico, filosófico y etnolingüístico. | es-ES |
