| dc.description | Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación histórica en la que se establecieron las dinámicas de desarrollode la educación técnica y tecnológica en el Departamento de Santander mediante el estudio de centros educativosgestores de esta formación académica en la región, como el Instituto Técnico Superior Dámaso Zapata y las UnidadesTecnológicas de Santander.
