| dc.description | Tradicionalmente se ha abordado a Thomas Hobbes como un teórico precursor del Estado Moderno. La propuestade este artículo es elaborar una lectura económica de su obra para ubicar las consecuencias que tiene el planteamientode la estructura institucional moderna. Se busca establecer el origen de la sociedad de intercambio y la propiedad comoresultado de una estructura institucional enmarcada en el Estado Moderno. La ruptura de tipo antropológico de la visiónhobbesiana, da lugar a una construcción institucional tal, que ofrece un espacio de relación entre los hombres por mediode la organización social construida alrededor del proyecto de la sociedad de intercambio.ON THE ORIGIN OF THE STATE AND BUSINESS SOCIETIESAbstractThomas has traditionally been approached as a theorist precursor of the modern state. The purpose of this paper is todevelop an economic reading of his work to locate the implications of the approach of the modern institutional structure.It seeks to establish the origin of the exchange society and property as a result of an institutional structure framed in theModern State.
