| dc.description | El presente análisis, sobre el dilema que se exhibe en Colombia al momento de intentar buscarle una salida al conflicto armado que la agobia desde hace varias décadas y que se conforma de las mínimas salidas o formas de solución que se han implementado en esta sociedad cuando se ha enfrentado al problema mencionado, como lo han sido: negociar la paz o hacer justicia; cada una con elementos y argumentos suficientes para convertirse en la mejor opción del gobierno de turno, los grupos armados al margen de la ley y las víctimas. Estas últimas, olvidadas al momento de optar por uno de los dos elementos de la dicotomía que conlleva a efectos y consecuencias ampliamente negativas cuando no se tiene en cuenta la importancia y el sentido de las víctimas como eje fundamental para la formulación de cualquier solución que se pretenda implementar como salida viable del conflicto, son las reflexiones producidas desde un enfoque humanista y más específicamente desde el ejercicio de una ciudadanía crítica, argumentativa y reflexiva.NEGOTIATING PEACE OR DOING JUSTICE? A DICHOTOMY THAT GOES BEYOND THE VICTIMSAbstractThe present analysis is about the dilemma that Colombia faces when attempting to seek a solution to the armed conflict, that has overwhelmed us for several decades and which has the minimum output or solution forms that have been implemented in this society when it has faced such problem. These are: to negotiate the peace or to do justice, each with elements and arguments enough to become the best choice of the incumbent government, armed groups outside the law and victims. The latter, forgotten the moment of opting for one of the two elements of the dichotomy that lead to widely negative effects and consequences when not taken into account the importance and meaning of the victims as a cornerstone for the development of any solution, intends to implement viable solutions to the conflict such as the reflections from a humanistic approach and more specifically from the exercise of critical, argumentative and reflective citizenship. | es-ES |
