The digitalization of the economy has had a double aspect in its application, on the one hand, it has been a dynamic element, but, on the other, it is influenced by organizational cultures that reinforce the intensification of work. In this context, the article studies from the prevention of occupational hazards (PRL) the impact of digital work on the emergence of psychosocial risks. For this purpose, through the theories of demand-control-social support of karasek, the microdata of the National Survey of Working Conditions of 2011 (nº=8,892) have been analyzed comparing the exposure to psychosocial risks among workers / as digital and non-digital, estimating the odds ratio (OR) and their 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) using raw binary logistic regressions (ORc) and adjusted (ORa) by sociodemographic variables, completing the study with a series of interviews conducted with PRL technicians. The results obtained show that the combined effect of greater labor intensification with a lower degree of control over work rhythms and a low social support of supervisors and colleagues derive in higher levels of techno-stress, techno-anxiety or cyberbullying (ORa=1.71; 95% CI 1.50-1.96) of digital workers over non-digital workers and, nevertheless, have a lower degree of protection (ORa=0.69; 95% CI 0.62- 0.77).La digitalización de la economía ha tenido una doble vertiente en su aplicación, por un lado, ha sido un elemento dinamizador, pero, por otro, está influenciada por culturas organizacionales que refuerzan la intensificación del trabajo. En este contexto, el artículo estudia la prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL), y el impacto del trabajo digital sobre la emergencia de riesgos psicosociales. A tal efecto, a través de las teorías de demanda-control-apoyo social de Karasek, se han analizado los microdatos de la Encuesta Nacional de Condiciones de Trabajo de 2011 (nº=8.892) comparando la exposición a riesgos psicosociales entre los/as trabajadores/as digitales y no digitales, estimando las odds ratio (OR) y sus intervalos de confianza del 95%(IC95%) mediante regresiones logísticas binarias crudas (ORc) y ajustadas (ORa) por variables sociodemográficas, completando el estudio con una serie de entrevistas realizadas a personal técnico de PRL. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el efecto combinado de una mayor intensificación laboral con un menor grado de control sobre los ritmos de trabajo y un bajo apoyo social de supervisores/as y compañeros/as derivan en mayores niveles de tecnoestrés, tecnoansiedad o ciberacoso (ORa=1,71; IC 95% 1,50-1,96) de los/as trabajadores/as digitales sobre los/as no digitales y, sin embargo, presentan un menor grado de protección (ORa=0,69; IC 95% 0,62-0,77).
