This paper aims to show a relationship between the budgets of the theory of the law of Ronald Dworkin, with the theory of feedback systems posed by Lühmann, without neglecting both the rules and the principles and political guidelines, which, like policies that are, give political decisions and activity legal, in order to propose an explanation systemic to coherentism legal implicit in judicial pragmatism.
