| Descripción : | This article discusses the theoretical and methodological assumptions from which neostructural discourse is built, taking as guide the main works of Fernando Fajnzylber and Ugo Pipitone, as well as some ideas from the CEPAL up to the 1990s. Once analyzed the diagnostics of Latinamerican underdevelopement carried out by this trend, its solutions are questioned. The last part of the article offers an explanation of the regions supposed "deformations". |
