| dc.description | Este trabajo, muestra los resultados del diagnóstico del modelo de organización de tres organizaciones pequeñas, una comercializadora de equipos de cómputo y accesorios, una panificadora y una comercializadora de ropa infantil. Para su realización, se diseñaron instrumentos de recolección de información tomando como referencia los indicadores para conocer la estructura de la empresa propuestos por Dereck Pugh; también se incluyeron indicadores para estudiar los aspectos humanos de las organizaciones. Los resultados del análisis estadístico de los indicadores se presentan en las tablas y gráficas que muestran la ubicación de cada indicador dependiendo de los resultados obtenidos; así mismo, se indican la posición de cada indicador por empresa, los cuales permiten diagnosticar la organización de referencia. | - |
| dc.description | This paper shows the results of the diagnosis of the organization model of three small organizations: a distributor of computer equipment and accessories, a bakery and a distributor of children’s clothes. For its attainment, some instruments to collect information were designed having the indicators to identify the structure of the business proposed by Dereck Pugh as reference. Indicators to study the human aspects of organizations were included. The results obtained from the statistical analysis of the indicators are presented in the charts and graphs which show the position of each indicator depending on the obtained results, as well as the position of each indicator in each company. These indicators allow us to determine the diagnosis of the referred organization. | - |
