| Descripción : | 1 archivo PDF (10 páginas) .magyefha RESUMEN: Este artículo tiene como propósito realizar una análisis crítico acerca del papel y la suerte que toca al factor humano en el desarrollo de las organizaciones, entendidas éstas como instituciones eminentemente humanas; todo ello, examinando de cara a las expectativas del mundo ante la proximidad del nuevo siglo. El momento actual, caracterizado por los cambios y la velocidad con que éstos se verifican, así como por la proporción excesiva y la velocidad de los flujos de información, hace que el ambiente de las organizaciones cambie constantemente y que, en virtud de esta celeridad, éstas se vean orilladas a tomar decisiones no planeadas y altamente creativas para hacer frente a los nuevos obstáculos. Sin duda, tales vicisitudes y procesos de adecuación afectan notablemente el desempeño de las organizaciones y las del propio individuo. ABSTRACT: This article tries to analyze the roll and fate of the human factor in the development of organizations, understanding that these are imminently human institutions, thus, facing the expectatives of the world before the proximity of the new century. The actual moment, characterized by changes and speed that they are verified as well as the excesive proportion and the fast fluency of information makes the organization environment changes constantly. For this reason, they are forced to make no-planned decisions and high-creative decisions to face the new obstacles, beyond rationality.
