| dc.description | The deafblindness is a unique condition which limits the individual development. Its causes are linked to many factors. The individual with deafblindness has numerous difficulties of relationship and learning that interfere in the schooling of people with deafblindness, still presenting many gaps in the present day. For this reason, few studies are known in order to analyze and evaluate how the teaching and learning processes of this group of people happen. A method used to raise and group the scientific productivity that can contribute to the area of studies on deafblindness, is in the use of Bibliometry, where it is possible through it, to quantify a scientific activity of a given area of studies, favoring in this way, the development of production indicators. The purpose of this study was to present, through a bibliometric study, the publications on the education of people with deafblindness present on the CAPES portal, describing and quantifying the scientific production over the years on the subject. The keywords “deafblind” and “education” were used on March 28th of 2018. It was possible to select 32 articles published between the years 2000 and 2017 with a total of 78 authors from different countries involving individuals of different age groups, with predominance of the themes of communication, interpersonal relationships in school, in the family and the community. The productivity index has increased over the years, but a number of publications are still scarce. It is hoped that this contribution could facilitate the increase of studies in the area. | en-US |
| dc.description | A surdocegueira é uma condição única que limita a pessoa de modo geral. As suas causas estão ligadas a inúmeros fatores e resultam em dificuldades de relacionamento e aprendizagem que interferem na escolarização. No Brasil são conhecidos poucos estudos que analisem e avaliem como acontecem os processos de ensino e aprendizagem desse grupo de pessoas. Um método utilizado para levantar e agrupar a produtividade cientifica que pode contribuir para a área de estudos sobre a surdocegueira é a utilização do procedimento de bibliometria, no qual é possível quantificar a atividade científica numa área de estudos, favorecendo desta maneira, o desenvolvimento de indicadores de produção. Este estudo teve como objetivo levantar, através de estudo bibliométrico, as publicações sobre a educação de pessoas com surdocegueira presentes no Portal de Periódicos CAPES, descrevendo e quantificando a produção científica ao longo dos anos sobre a tématica. Foram utilizadas as palavras-chave “deafblind” e “education”, realizada em 28 de março de 2018. Foi possível selecionar 32 artigos publicados entre os anos 2000 até 2017 com um total de 78 autores de diversos países, envolvendo indivíduos de diversas faixas etárias, com predominância das temáticas: comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal na escola, na família e na comunidade. O índice de produtividade apresentou-se crescente ao longo dos anos, com a participação de autores estrangeiros na grande maioria, porém é um número de publicações ainda escasso.Espera-se que esta contribuição possa facilitar o aumento no Brasil de estudos na área.
