dc.descriptionResumo: O presente artigo é fruto da pesquisa “A juventude fora da CASA. Os jovens egressos do Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo ao Adolescente – Fundação CASA”, que teve como objetivo analisar o perfil, a trajetória e as representações dos jovens egressos das unidades socioeducativas da Fundação CASA, sobre o período de cumprimento da medida de internação e da medida socioeducativa em meio aberto de Liberdade Assistida. Como conclusões, a pesquisa apontou que, para os sete jovens entrevistados, egressos das unidades da Fundação CASA, a medida socioeducativa de internação vem sendo compreendida enquanto pena e as unidades socioeducativas, como prisão. Na primeira passagem os jovens passam a incorporar em seu vocabulário uma linguagem nativa das penitenciárias para referirem-se aos seus atos infracionais, ao cumprimento da medida, a diferenciar a instituição do mundão e a valer-se das normas e dos procederes do Primeiro Comando da Capital. Desse modo, quando em liberdade, a medida socioeducativa de internação amplia o status positivo dos jovens frente ao crime e o status negativo frente à instituição escolar e ao mundo do trabalho. Palavras-chave: Juventude. Ato Infracional. Medida Socioeducativa. Abstract: This article is the result of research "The Youth off the HOME. The young egress of the Socio-Educational Care Centre for Adolescents - CASA Foundation”, which aimed to analyze the profile, the trajectory and the representations of young egress of units socio-educational of the CASA Foundation, over the greeting period of the detention and socio-educational measures in freedom of Probation. As conclusions, the survey indicated that, for the seven young people interviewed, egress of the CASA Foundation units, the socio educative measures they are understood as punishment and the socio-educational units, as prison. On the first pass young people spend incorporate into your vocabulary a native language of prisons to refer to by its illegal acts, the fulfillment of the measure, to differentiate the institution of the outside world and avail himself of the rules and procedures the First Command the Capital. Thus, when in freedom, the socio-educational measure of hospitalization increases the positive status of young people toward crime and the negative status toward the school institution and the world of work.
