Descripción :	Although briefly, this text aims to bring Michel Serres and Paulo Freire closer. In this regard, we understand that the ideas shown in their works are innovative possibilities of thinking the world, the man, education, society and knowledge. They are also works that investigate the invention and reinvention of new teaching and learning ways, especially in the current context, in which the young and the educators, set in another reality, neither live nor relate in their ancestors’ world. That is why Serres and Freire’s thoughts suggest new ways and alternatives to a new education directed to the world’s concreteness and to man’s unfinishing under a critical approach, which first objective is the humanization of man rooted in the world and in the relation with the others. Concepts such as invention and reinvention are the original and dynamic signatures of the ‘narratives philosophy’ educational notion and the ‘obvious-traveler educator’, both concatenated with the world, the mankind, education and a new pedagogy realization. Recebido em: 19/09/2015.Aprovado em:29/08/2018. Este texto, ainda que de forma breve, pretende aproximar Michel Serres e Paulo Freire. Neste sentido, entende-se que as ideias contidas em suas obras são possibilidades inovadoras de se pensar o mundo, o homem, a educação, a sociedade e o conhecimento. São também obras que instigam a invenção e a reinvenção de novas formas de ensinar e de aprender, especialmente no contexto contemporâneo, em que os jovens e os educadores, ambientados em outra realidade, não mais vivem nem convivem no mundo de seus antepassados. Por isso, o pensamento de Michel Serres e de Paulo Freire sugere, à luz de uma abordagem crítica, novos caminhos e alternativas para uma educação voltada para a concretude do mundo e para o inacabamento do homem, cujo intuito primeiro é a humanização do homem arraigada no mundo e na relação com outros homens. Conceitos como invenção e reinvenção são assinaturas originais e dinâmicas da concepção pedagógica do ‘filósofo das narrativas’ e do ‘educador viajante do óbvio’, ambos concatenados com o mundo, o homem, a educação e a efetivação de uma nova pedagogia.  Recebido em: 19/09/2015.Aprovado em:29/08/2018.
