| Descripción : | This article attempts to demonstrate that the notion of the subject, contrary to what commonsense would suggest, is not a category that radiates from the moral sphere to other spheres,such as the law, politics or philosophy. This notion is a central category of capitalist lawbecause it is indispensable to the functioning of the capitalist economy. The principle objectiveof the article is to examine the way in which the category of subject acts within the juridicalsphere and relates to the economic system, as well as to examine its conversion to a widelyheld notion in other spheres of social life. O texto procura demonstrar que a noção de sujeito não é uma categoria, como supõe o sensocomum, que se irradia da esfera da moral para outras esferas, como o direito, a políticaou a filosofia. Tal noção é a categoria central do direito capitalista, por ser indispensável aofuncionamento da economia capitalista. O objetivo principal do artigo é examinar o modopelo qual a categoria de sujeito age dentro da esfera jurídica e se relaciona com o sistemaeconômico; bem como a sua conversão em noção corrente noutras esferas da vida social. |
