| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene por objeto concentrarseen el perfil del proceso de integración andina de nuestra compleja política exterior venezolana. Se toman en cuenta dos períodos. Un primer período (1972) concentrado en la década de los sesenta y setenta, donde existían condiciones especiales, tanto en el ámbito regional andino como en las “condiciones” domésticas de Venezuela, y un segundo período (2002) que se refiere, tanto a la agenda actual del área andina como la agenda de “reformas” internas en Venezuela y su relación con la política exterior de Venezuela; en ambos períodos el external shock del sistema internacional es importante para entender los procesos-resultados en la elaboración de la política exterior hacia la Comunidad Andina.Andean integration and foreign policy in two timeframes: 1972-2002AbstractThis research focuses on the profile of Andean integration within our complex Venezuelan foreign policy. Two timeframes are taken into account: a first term (1972) based on the sixties and seventies and their special conditions in the regional Andean scope and the domestic “conditions” in Venezuela, and a second period (2002) referring to the current agenda of the Andean area and the agenda of internal “reforms” in Venezuela and their relations with Venezuelan foreign policy. In both cases, the external shock of the international system is of great significance to understand the process and its results in the preparation of foreign policy aimed at Andean Community. | es-ES |
