Descripción :	The argument of the salvation of humanity through art is a fundamental theme of modernity that has been shaped since Schiller. The issue is inserted today in the post-human paradigm, it would seem to lead to the question: Will beauty save the world of humanity? In any case, what beauty? This is the question on which the reflection will turn from the analysis of the thesis of Federico Varcellone, read from a double perspective: that of the social philosophy of Byung-Chul Han to Gilles Lipovestsky and the hermeneutical criticism of Daniel Payot to Franco Rella. El argumento de la salvación de la humanidad por el arte es una temática fundamental de la modernidad que ha quedado plasmada desde Schiller. La temática se inserta hoy en el paradigma del poshumano parecería llevar a plantearse: ¿Salvará la belleza al mundo de la humanidad?, en todo caso ¿Qué belleza? Esa es la cuestión sobre la que girará la reflexión a partir del análisis de la tesis de Federico Varcellone, leída bajo una doble perspectiva: la de la filosofía social de Byung-Chul Han a Gilles Lipovestsky y la crítica hermenéutica de Daniel Payot a Franco Rella.
