Descripción :	A região de Campo Mourão-PR tem na atividade agrícola sua principal alavanca econômica. Mesmo fundamentada na agricultura mecanizada e moderna, ela dependente do estado do tempo. Por isso, o objetivo principal deste artigo é calcular o balanço hídrico decendial agrológico para o município de Campo Mourão a partir da série histórica 2000-2010 e verificar, pelo extrato do balanço hídrico, se as anomalias – consequências do fenômeno La Niña – influenciaram a disponibilidade de água no solo. Aplicou-se o método de Thornthwaite e Mather (1955) para executar e elaborar o extrato do balanço hídrico e verificou-se, comparando com os diagramas ombrotérmicos de Gaussen, se os períodos com deficiência hídrica no solo correspondem aos meses secos de Gaussen. No inverno, todos os meses secos apresentaram deficiência hídrica. Constataram-se irregularidade na distribuição temporal das chuvas nos anos em que ocorreu o fenômeno La Niña, bem como períodos de deficiência de água no solo com possíveis consequências na atividade agrícola. Agriculture is the main economic sector in the region of Campo Mourão-PR. The sector still depends on weather changes though consisting of a modern and mechanized production. For this reason, the main purpose of this article is to calculate the agrological Water Balance in ten-day intervals for the municipality of Campo Mourão from the historical series 2000-2010. The calculation of the Water Balance will then lead to an analysis of how the anomalies, a consequence of La Niña phenomenon, influence the availability of water in the soil. In order to implement and develop the extract of the Water Balance we used the method of Thornthwaite and Mather (1955). By comparing the data to the ombrothermic diagrams of Gaussen, it is then determined whether the periods of water deficiency in the soil correspond to dry months of Gaussen. For the winter period, all dry months presented a water deficiency. Evidence has shown that for the years there have been episodes of La Nina phenomenon, there has been irregularity in both the temporal distribution of rainfall and the periods when the soil has displayed a water deficit, thus resulting in possible repercussions for agricultural activity.
