| Descripción : | The aim of this article is to realize a geographical reading of the book The poe- tics of space, written by the philosopher Gaston Bachelard (1993), focusing his potentials contributions to a geographical study of lyric poetry. Considering the fact that the geographical studies of literature historically manifest a predilec- tion for the novel (Brosseau, 1996), it is important to extend and deepen the discussion about other literary genders, including lyric poetry. In this context, the integration of diversified theoretical contributions, derived of various disci- plines and intellectual traditions, is very important. We intend to question if and how can the book of the French philosopher contribute to think the relations between poetry and space, lyric and geography, also attempting to discuss the concept of topoanalysis, significant in this important book of the phenomenolo- gical thought. Evidently, this article doesn’t pretend to exhaust the discussion, complex, multifaceted and opened to different approaches. We intend, howe- ver, to demonstrate its fertility. Este artigo tem como meta realizar uma leitura da obra “A poética do espaço”, do filósofo Gaston Bachelard, analisando especialmente suas possíveis contribuições a uma abordagem geográfica da poesia lírica. Tendo em vista que os estudos geográficos da literatura demonstram historicamente uma predileção pelo gênero romanesco, os geógrafos que pretendem pensar a poesia lírica devem buscar a integração de contribuições teóricas diversificadas. |
