| dc.description | Traditional dances have been effective vehicles to give shape to ideas of nation. Within the field of argentine folkloric dances there are two perspectives: the academic-traditional and the expressive-experiential that, from differentiated selective traditions, produce specific national being configurations. The purpose of this work is to analyze spaces for the transmission of dances and to analyze how each current restores a particular idea of nation about the bodies, spaces and affections of dancers. To do this I was part of three workshops that attached to the first current and two that belonged to the second perspective of dance. As a collection technique I used the observant participation, in some workshops I was able to film the classes and in others I took notes in the field diary. I also did five semi-structured interviews with the teachers of the workshops with the aim of reconstructing the field of folk dances, their history, disputes and borders. | en |
| dc.description | Las danzas tradicionales han sido vehículos eficaces para dar cuerpo a ideas de nación. Dentro del campo de las danzas folklóricas argentinas existen dos perspectivas: la académico-tradicional y la expresivo-vivencial que, a partir de tradiciones selectivas diferenciadas, producen configuraciones del ser nacional específicas. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar espacios de transmisión de danzas folklóricas y analizar cómo cada corriente restaura una particular idea de nación sobre los cuerpos, espacios y afectos de los bailarines. Para hacer esto formé parte de tres talleres que adscribían a la primera corriente y dos que pertenecían a la segunda perspectiva de la danza. Como técnica de recolección utilicé la participación observante, en algunos talleres pude filmar las clases y en otros tomé notas en el diario de campo. Además hice cinco entrevistas semiestructuradas a los profesores de los talleres con el objetivo de reconstruir al campo de las danzas folklóricas, su historia, disputas y fronteras. | es |
