| dc.description | La siguiente investigación explora analítica y fácticamente las condiciones en las que la violencia doméstica contra los hombres tuvo lugar y las posibles causas. La investigación se realizó con los hombres vinculados a la Fundación Instituto de Apoyo al Hombre. Los objetivos van orientados a analizar la forma en la que estos hombres construyen el rol masculino, a describir cómo entienden y practican la masculinidad y por último, a conocer su percepción sobre las posibles causas de la violencia. La investigación es de carácter cualitativo, por lo que las técnicas utilizadas para la recolección de información fueron las historias de vida, las cuales se aplicaron a los hombres víctimas de esta violencia, y las entrevistas semiestructuradas, que se aplicaron a los funcionarios de la Fundación Instituto de Apoyo al Hombre. | - |
| dc.description | The following research analytically and factually explores the conditions under which domestic violence against men took place and the possible causes. The research was carried out with men linked to the Institute of Support for Men Foundation. The objectives are aimed at analyzing the way in which these men construct the masculine role, to describe how they understand and practice masculinity and finally, to know their perception of the possible causes of violence. The research is qualitative in nature, so the techniques used to collect information were life stories, which were applied to the male victims of this violence, and semi-structured interviews, which were applied to the Foundation's officials.
