Descripción :	Esta tesis se denomina combinación de Factores Políticos en la solución de la crisis Centroamericana y Génesis del PARLACEN: 1986-1996. El trabajo está dividido de la forma siguiente: El capítulo I, comprende el aspecto Teórico Metodológico; el capítulo II, trata la caracterización de la Crisis Centroamericana e Iniciativas Políticas de Solución; el capítulo III, sobre el contexto Internacional y la Política Exterior Comunitaria de la Unión Europea hacia Centroamérica; el capítulo IV, se refiere a la Génesis del PARLACEN y su Desarrollo Institucional: 1986-1996; y finalmente las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones que integran un balance de cada uno de los objetivos planteados; se realiza una comprobación de cada hipótesis; para concluir, se hacen cinco recomendaciones y se presenta la bibliografía utilizada. This thesis is denominated Combination of Political Factors in the Solution of the Central American Crisis and Genesis of the PARLACEN: 1986-1996. The work is divided in the following way: The chapter I understands the Methodological-Theoretical aspect; the chapter II, it treats the Characterization of the Central American Crisis and Political Initiatives of Solution; the chapter III, on the International Context and the Community Foreign Policy of the European Union toward Central America; the chapter IV, it presents the Genesis of the PARLACEN and their Institutional Development: 1986-1996; and finally the conclusions and recommendations that integrate a balance of each one of the outlined objectives. The confirmation of each hypothesis is made; to conclude, five recommendations and the used bibliography are presented. Escuela de Relaciones Internacionales
