dc.descriptionDespués de diez años de la creación de la Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (VUCE) se implanta el Sistema Integrado de Trámites de Exportación, (SIVUCE) que constituye el sistema que le permite al exportador efectuar sus respectivos trámites de exportación en el horario y día que desee, sin la necesidad de trasladarse a las oficinas de VUCE. Este constituye un sistema innovador para el sector exportador, dejando de lado los sellos y firmas por parte de los personeros de la Promotora de Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (PROOOMER). La agilización, simplificación y descentralización constituyeron los pilares de VUCE en los primeros años. Por otra parte, para 1992, se creó y reglamentó el Sistema de Ventanilla Única para Exportaciones y Trámites Migratorios Fronterizos de Peñas Blancas, logrando de esta manera una nueva estructura orgánica y articulación de todos los procedimientos de todas las instituciones públicas y privadas que prestan sus servicios en dicha frontera. Considerando lo anterior, esta investigación pretende brindar un análisis del SIVUCE de tal manera que se pueda mejorar la logística de exportación en el respectivo Puesto Fronterizo de Peñas Blancas.-
dc.descriptionAfter ten years of the creation of the Single Window of foreign Commerce of Costa Rica, (VUCE) the Integrated System of Transaction of Exportation (SIVUCE) is created, which constitutes the systems that permits the exporter to do the transactions of exportation the day and the schedule he wants, without the necessity of going to do VUCE officers. This constitutes an innovated system for the exporter sector, eliminating the stamps and signatures from members of the office of Promotion of Foreign Commerce of Costa Rica (PROCOMER). The efficiency, simplification, and decentralization constituted the pillars of VUCE in the first years. On the other hand, by 1992, the system of Single window of Exportations and Migratory Transactions of the Peñas Blancas Border was created and regulated, obtaining by way, a new organic structure and articulation of all the procedures of all the public and private institutions that offer services on this border. Considering the above, this investigation intents to provide an analysis of SIVUCE, in such a way that the logistics of exportation on the border of Peñas Blancas can he improved.-
