Sin embargo, este “acuerdo a medias” parece desvanecerse cuando los diferentes actores políticos entran en el detalle sobre cómo lograrlo: incrementando los impuestos, estableciendo nuevos impuestos, cobrando mejor los impuestos existentes o reduciendo el gasto público.
