Descripción :	El presente análisis asume la figura de la mujer como una elaboración cultural producto de discursos patriarcales que la relegan de los espacios críticos de reflexión. Siguiendo el proyecto cultural de la teoría feminista, la mujer negocia el lugar que ocupa dentro del espacio social, su rol restringido para movilizarse como un agente más activo dentro del desarrollo de la sociedad. Se han organizado una serie de dispositivos y de aparatos ideológicos y por medio de ellos quiere diseñarse un sistema impositivo frente a los asuntos femeninos, los cuales se manifiestan en una marcada desigualdad en términos de oportunidades sociales que buscan confinar la figura femenina al espacio simbólico y represivo del hogar, la mujer ideal para el sistema es sumisa, sigue las reglas, cumple las normas instauradas por el pensamiento patriarcal y no sale de estas convenciones que se deben mantener y ser reproducidas con fidelidad. This analysis assumes the figure of women as a cultural claboration product of patriarchal discourses that relégate critical reflection spaces. Following the cultural projcct of feminist thcory, women negotiates its place within the social space, its role rcstricted to mobilize as a more active in the development of society agent. Thcy have organized a series of devices and ideological apparatuses and through them want to dcsign a tax system to women's issues, which are manifested in a marked inequality in terms of social opportunitics that seek to confine the female figure symbolic spacc and repressive household, the ideal woman ¡s submissive system, follow the rules, meet the standards set up by the patriarchal thinking and does not come out of thesc conventions to be maintained and be reproduced faithfully. Within the Latín American context, Gioconda Belli proposes a different representation of the female subject to the tradition struggle to reproduce. The exploration of the feminine has been a constant in the litcrary career of this writer, so much so that from his poetry until his novelistic production revolves around women and their interests: its ideology, its political commitment, his body uniqueness, inhibition against sexual, their sensc of emancipation and freedom. One could almost say that what being a woman is represented in the litcrary work of Gioconda Belli.
