dc.descriptionThis article is centered in the analysis of a “school text” of the Colombian history in the 19th Century. The objectives obey the interest of responding for the specific conditions in which the historical production in Colombia was possible at the end of the 19th Century and the relationship with their teaching. Problems that will be approached in the specific case of the text Newest text of Colombian History (patriot history) of the historian and geographer Javier Vergara y Velasco. As work hypothesis we propose that the historiographical production that is made at the end of the 19th century it gathers some conditions in their forms of understanding the history and production of historical knowledge that indicate us a place of origin of the historical knowledge in the country.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo se centra en el análisis de un “texto escolar” de historia de Colombia del siglo XIX. Los objetivos obedecen al interés de responder por las condiciones específicas en las cuales fue posible la producción histórica en Colombia a finales del siglo XIX y la relación con su enseñanza. Problemas estos que serán abordados en el caso específico del texto Novísimo texto de historia de Colombia (historia patria), del historiador y geógrafo Javier Vergara y Velasco. Como hipótesis de trabajo proponemos, que la producción historiográfica que se elabora a finales del siglo XIX reúne unas condiciones en sus formas de entender la historia y de producir conocimiento histórico, que nos indican un lugar de origen del conocimiento histórico en el país.es-ES
