Descripción :	En Colombia, las instituciones educativas cuentan con el Proyecto Ambiental Escolar (PRAE) establecido por decreto desde 1994. Pero se observa que en las dinámicas de cada institución de la GEMID no se maneja un enfoque sistémico, sino que se ve el ambiente por partes, lo cual tiene como consecuencia que el PRAE generalmente solo aborde la problemática de residuos sólidos, dejando de lado otros impactos importantes en el ambiente. Es por esto que este proyecto pretende ver el ambiente de una forma sistémica y, para tal fin, se trabajará con la teoría pedagógica de la Modificabilidad Estructural Cognitiva para transformar el pensamiento de las personas que integran la Corporación Educativa Minuto de Dios (CEMID). Para esto, se realizará una revisión del comportamiento y las acciones que están realizando las instituciones de la CEMID en contraste con los parámetros nacionales e institucionales, y, teniendo en cuenta las sugerencias de la resolución 5999 de 2010 de la Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente y los colegios Eco - Schools de Europa y México, se procederá a generar el Sistema Participativo de Garantía Ambiental para la Corporación Educativa Minuto de Dios. Se sustentará y se dejará este documento en la CEMID, por medio del cual se pretende incentivar a los colegios y hogares infantiles a que sea implementado en sus PEI y PRAE institucional, forjando que se hagan acreedores de los reconocimientos y generen en sus instituciones el Sistema Participativo de Garantía Ambiental por parte de la Corporación Educativa Minuto de Dios. In Colombia, educational institutions have the School Environmental Project (RESP) established by decree since 1994. For this, a review of the behavior and actions being undertaken by the institutions CEMID in contrast to the national and institutional parameters and taking into account the suggestions of resolution 5999 of 2010 of the District Department of Enviromnent will be held and Eco schools -schools in Europe and Mexico, will proceed to generate the Participatory Guarantee System for Environmental Education Corporation Minuto de Dios. It will be supported and this document will be left in the CEMID, through which it aims to encourage schools and children's homes to be implemented in its PEI and institutional RESP, forging that creditors of the awards are made and create in their institutions System Environmental participatory Guarantee by the Educational Corporation Minuto de Dios.
