dc.descriptionSince the end of the 20th century, the phenomenon of drug addiction has been  rising  so  intensely  that  it  is  becoming  a  social  phenomenon.  From the  psychoanalytic  point  of  view, it seems to be similar to what happened with hysteria at the end of the 19th  century.  How  drug  addiction are understood from the psychoanalytic clinic? This paper tries to answer this  question  by  taking  into  account  some  case  reports  in  order  to  carry  out a conceptual analysis of the drug in  relation  to  the  symptom,  this  as  a  response  to  the  cultural  discontent,  with reference to the sexual and traumatic, and in its corresponding function  according  to  the  psychic  structure. It finally presents some orientations to the cure in drug addiction, in which free association and abstinence of the analyst are preserved.en-US
dc.descriptionDesde finales del siglo XX el fenómeno de la adicción a las drogas ha venido aumentando con tal intensidad que ya toma matices de fenómeno social. Desde el punto de vista psicoanalítico, parecería asemejarse a lo que acontecía con la histeria a finales del siglo XIX. ¿Cómo puede entenderse la adicción a las drogas desde la clínica psicoanalítica? El presente artículo intenta responder a esta pregunta partiendo de unas viñetas clínicas que permiten posteriormente realizar un análisis conceptual del tóxico en relación al síntoma, como respuesta al malestar en la cultura, en referencia a lo sexual traumático y en su función correspondiente según la estructura psíquica. Se concluye con algunas orientaciones para la cura en las toxicomanías, en las cuales se preserva la asociación libre y la abstinencia del analista.es-ES
dc.descriptionLe phénomène de la dépendance aux drogues s’est intensifié tellement depuis la fin du XXe siècle qu’il est devenu aujourd’hui un phénomène social. Du point de vue psychanalytique, l’on pourrait faire des rapprochements entre ce phénomène et l’hystérie à la fin du XIXe siècle. Comment comprendre la dépendance aux drogues du point de vue de la clinique psychanalytique? Cet article essaie de répondre à cette question basé sur des vignettes cliniques qui permettent de faire ensuite une analyse conceptuelle du toxique par rapport au symptôme, en tant que réponse au malaise dans la culture, à l’égard du sexuel traumatique et de sa fonction correspondante selon la structure psychique. Finalement, l’article présente quelques guides pour la cure dans les dépendances, en retenant en particulier l’association libre et l’abstinence de l’analyste.fr-CA
