dc.descriptionThis article is developed in the framework of a research project related to the main environmental demands placed on the Costa Rican public agenda, as well as the state responses between 1995-2015. The research was carried out through the review of hemerographic sources and the National Development Plans corresponding to the study period. As main results, eight topics were identified, positioned in the public discussion, and an important fragmentation of state responses in environmental matters is presented.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este artículo se muestran algunos de los resultados de una investigación relacionada con las principales demandas en materia ambiental posicionadas en la agenda pública costarricense y las respuestas estatales durante el período de 1995-2015. Esta parte del estudio se realizó mediante la revisión de fuentes hemerográficas y de los Planes Nacionales de Desarrollo correspondientes al período indicado. Como principales resultados se identificaron ocho temáticas posicionadas en la discusión pública, asimismo, se presenta una fragmentación importante en las respuestas estatales en materia ambiental.es-ES
