El suceso, tratado en su momento como un hecho insólitoy sin precedentes, es interpretado en este artículo como una expresión conspicua de lainstitucionalidad y del sistema político que han tomando forma en los últimos 30 años, enel curso del llamado proceso de apertura, cuyo norte es el mercado y al mismo tiempo, unaventana adicional para observar la erosión del sistema de división de poderes establecido enla Constitución de 1949.es-ES
