Descripción :	En el presente trabajo de grado para optar al título de Profesional en Estudios Literarios, Selección antológica de la marginalidad en la obra de Charles Dickens: Caso de preparación editorial para The Old Curiosity Shop (1840-41), se investigó, leyó, estudió y analizó , en la ciudad de Bogotá, en 2020, la definición de marginalidad, la evolución y desarrollo que ha tenido a lo largo de los años y cómo se presenta en las diferentes sociedades, con la intención de hacer una interpretación y comentarios sobre la representación de la marginalidad en la novela The Old Curiosity Shop (originalmente presentada en entregas entre 1840 y 1841, en español presentada bajo varios títulos, comparable a: The Store o Antique Warehouse) del autor británico Charles Dickens (1812-1870) Esto con el fin de denotar la importancia que le dio particularmente a la marginalidad a la hora de representar a la sociedad, y para resaltar los tipos de marginalidad que se encuentran en esta novela. ellos pueden encontrar. Además de esto, resaltar, analizar y comentar los aspectos personales que el autor decidió utilizar como referencia para la creación de su historia y sus personajes. of Professional in Literary Studies, Anthological Selection of Marginality in the Work of Charles Dickens: Editorial Preparation Case for The Old Curiosity Shop (1840-41), it was investigated, read, studied and analyzed, in the city of Bogotá, in 2020, the definition of marginality, the evolution and development that it has had over the years and how it is presented in different societies, with to marginality when representing society, and to highlight the types of marginality that are found in this novel. they can find. In addition to this, highlight, analyze and comment on the personal aspects that the author decided to use as a reference for the creation of his story and his characters.
