Descripción :	Esta propuesta nace de la necesidad educativa para desarrollar, fortalecer y transmitir actitudes de respeto, convivencia y tolerancia entre los estudiantes11º de la Escuela Industrial 20 de Julio del municipio de Puerto Wilches y su comunidad. Se trata de que sea él quien transforme su manera de actuar y vivir lo relacione con lo que puede apreciar del mundo, de manera que esta experiencia lo impacte para su transformación personal. Con este proyecto se busca desarrollar un ambiente virtual de aprendizaje, donde los estudiantes puedan reflexionar sobre los valores morales, éticos y espirituales que hacen parte fundamental en una convivencia y mirar que está aportando para hacer posible estas relaciones, cómo es su participación dentro de este convivir ya que de una manera u otra se refleja en la sociedad en la cual está inmerso. Sus objetivos son mejorar las relaciones interpersonales a partir del manejo de la Internet, desarrollando actitudes para el respeto y la tolerancia hacia sí mismo y los demás, pues se puede apreciar que su comunicación es conflictiva, en algunos casos violenta y en otros es nula. Adicionalmente, elegir libremente los propios valores ya que es difícil que un individuo forzado a adoptar un valor lo integre plenamente. La enseñanza de la Educación ética y valores fomenta especialmente la adquisición de habilidades que permitan reflexionar sobre el sentido y los efectos de la convivencia y, a la vez, asumir actitudes y valores adecuados. En este sentido, el área se orienta a crear hábitos de práctica saludable, regular y continuada a lo largo de la vida, así como a sentirse bien consigo mismo y con los demás. Como resultado final se busca en el estudiante la capacidad para reflexionar, criticar y accionar en la transformación personal y social; interactuar con personas, saberes y haceres; sensibilizar para establecer lazos empáticos en la comprensión y resolución de problemas. 1. It is about him being the one who transforms his way of acting and living and relating it to what he can appreciate in the world, so that this experience impacts him for his personal transformation. This project seeks to develop a virtual learning environment, where students can reflect on the moral, ethical and spiritual values ​​that are a fundamental part of a coexistence and see what is contributing to make these relationships possible, how is their participation within this coexist since in one way or another it is reflected in the society in which it is immersed. Its objectives are to improve interpersonal relationships through the use of the Internet, developing attitudes for respect and tolerance towards oneself and others, since it can be seen that their communication is conflictive, in some cases violent and in others it is null. Additionally, freely choose one's own values ​​since it is difficult for an individual forced to adopt a value to fully integrate it. The teaching of Ethics and Values ​​Education especially encourages the acquisition of skills that allow us to reflect on the meaning and effects of coexistence and, at the same time, assume appropriate attitudes and values. In this sense, the area aims to create habits of healthy, regular and continuous practice throughout life, as well as to feel good about oneself and with others. As a final result, the student is looking for the ability to reflect, criticize and act in personal and social transformation; interact with people, knowledge and actions; raise awareness to establish empathic ties in understanding and solving problems.
