Descripción :	La música ha sido siempre conocida como un medio de expresión que obedece a ciertas necesidades del ser humano quien a través de ella hace posible que podamos ubicarnos en diversos contextos, sensaciones, vivencias, lugares, culturas, entre muchas otras cosas que hacen de la música un arte por excelencia. Es importante resaltar cómo el papel de las músicas folclóricas cumple a cabalidad el objetivo de reunir en la expresión musical diversos aspectos que resaltan la identidad y diversidad de las culturas. Es así como encontramos que estas músicas se transmiten en su mayoría gracias a la tradición oral obedeciendo a un proceso que influye de manera considerable en la cultura actual. “Una tradición verdadera no es el testimonio de un pasado transcurrido; es una fuerza viviente que anima e informa el presente.” Stravinsky Es preciso recordar que la globalizacion ha sido un fenómeno que ha favorecido la manera en la que la música se transmite de un lugar a otro, permitiendonos tener acceso de manera inmediata a muchas vertientes musicales anteriormente desconocidas para algunos y por supuesto generando una retroalimentación en la que nuestras culturas intercambian elementos entre si. Sin embargo, encontramos cómo debido a la manera en que se ha manejado este proceso, la identidad del folclor en las regiones se encuentra afectada gracias a la facilidad de las comunicaciones que provoca la difusión casi sin ningún tipo de control de manifestaciones foráneas; de igual manera, hay quienes han sabido capitalizar a su favor el recurso tecnológico en pro de la difusión de su propuesta artística. It is important to highlight how the role of folk music fully fulfills the objective of bringing together various aspects in musical expression that highlight the identity and diversity of cultures. This is how we find that these musics are transmitted mostly thanks to the oral tradition obeying a process that considerably influences current culture. “A true tradition is not the testimony of a past past; it is a living force that animates and informs the present. " Stravinsky It should be remembered that globalization has been a phenomenon that has favored the way in which music is transmitted from one place to another, allowing us to have immediate access to many musical aspects previously unknown to some and of course generating feedback in the music. that our cultures exchange elements with each other. However, we find how, due to the way in which this process has been handled, the identity of folklore in the regions is affected thanks to the ease of communication that causes diffusion almost without any type of control of foreign manifestations; in the same way, there are those who have known how to capitalize on the technological resource in favor of the dissemination of their artistic proposal.
