Descripción :	La investigación La bicicleta como transporte alternativo desde la actitud en los jóvenes de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga determinó la disposición de los estudiantes entre los 18 y 25 años de edad frente al uso de bicicleta como medio alternativo de transporte. Para ello realizamos un recorrido teórico conceptual acerca de la bicicleta como solución en el contexto de transporte alternativo, y realizamos encuestas a los jóvenes estudiantes de la Unab sobre su actitud frente al uso de la bicicleta, determinada por la motivación, actitud, conocimiento y práctica, e interpretamos los resultados obtenidos. Los resultados reportan que los jóvenes reconocen la bicicleta como medio de transporte alternativo ante el impacto ecológico actual; del mismo modo, encontramos una postura de demanda hacia el gobierno del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, por factores como la seguridad, falta de vías, movilidad, entre los más destacados. To do this, we carry out a theoretical and conceptual journey about the bicycle as a solution in the context of alternative transport, and we carry out surveys to the young students of the Unab on their attitude towards the use of the bicycle, determined by motivation, attitude, knowledge and practice , and we interpret the results obtained. The results report that young people recognize the bicycle as an alternative means of transport in view of the current ecological impact; in the same way, we find a position of demand towards the government of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, due to factors such as security, lack of roads, mobility, among the most prominent.
