| Descripción : | En este texto se caracteriza el inadecuado ejercicio de la potestad de los Concejos Municipales en Santander de reglamentar la facultad para contratar de los Alcaldes entre los años 2012 a 2016, según ha revelado la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Administrativo de Santander. Se expone también los aportes que esta corporación judicial ha hecho a la administración pública en el ejercicio del control de las actuaciones ilegales de los concejos municipales. This text characterizes the inadequate exercise of the power of the Municipal Councils in Santander to regulate the power to contract of the Mayors between the years 2012 to 2016, as revealed by the jurisprudence of the Administrative Court of Santander. The contributions that this judicial corporation has made to the public administration in the exercise of control of the illegal actions of the municipal councils are also exposed. |
