Descripción :	la jurisprudencia del máximo Tribunal en lo Constitucional ha sostenido que es deber del Estado buscar la protección de la familia bajo el respeto de las garantías fundamentales de cada uno de sus integrantes, a través de la realización de las respectivas responsabilidades que a éstos le asiste, aduciendo que: “La familia, como unidad fundamental de la sociedad, merece los principales esfuerzos del Estado con el fin de garantizar su protección integral y el respeto a su dignidad, honra e intimidad intrínsecas. … los integrantes del núcleo familiar tienen sus respectivas responsabilidades en relación con los demás participantes de la vida en común: los padres para con sus hijos y éstos frente a aquéllos; todos juntos deben propugnar, en la medida de sus capacidades, por alcanzar una armonía que redunde en beneficio del crecimiento de la totalidad de ese núcleo, además del respeto que se deben los unos a los otros, tanto por la dignidad que cada uno merece en su calidad de persona, como por la que le corresponde como miembro de una misma familia”. (2014) The jurisprudence of the highest Constitutional Court has held that it is the duty of the State to seek the protection of the family while respecting the fundamental guarantees of each of its members, through the performance of the respective responsibilities that assist them, arguing that: “The family, as a fundamental unit of society, deserves the main efforts of the State in order to guarantee its integral protection and respect for its intrinsic dignity, honor and privacy. … The members of the family nucleus have their respective responsibilities in relation to the other participants in life in common: the parents towards their children and the latter towards the former; all together must advocate, to the extent of their capabilities, to achieve a harmony that benefits the growth of the entire nucleus, in addition to the respect that they owe each other, both for the dignity that each one deserves in his quality as a person, as well as the one that corresponds to him as a member of the same family ”.
