Descripción :	Nuestro país ha vivido, a lo largo de su historia, constantes conflictos armados internos, sin que ninguno de ellos haya sido solucionado por verdaderos procesos de paz, que garanticen los principios de verdad, justicia y reparación. Desde nuestra perspectiva, es lo anterior, una de las causas para que a la terminación de un conflicto se presente el siguiente, pues cuando se han ocasionado daños a los derechos y libertades de las personas, la única forma de reconciliar las heridas causadas es precisamente reparándolas adecuadamente, de lo contrario, las venganzas, las heridas y los odios, tarde o temprano, terminan generando más violencia. Las guerrillas surgen con campesinos a los que una clase política, oligárquica y terrateniente, les arrebató, y nunca les devolvió, sus tierras condenándolos a situaciones sociales muy difíciles; los grupos paramilitares a su vez, surgen porque un grupo de personas, ante la inoperancia del Estado, ve la necesidad de tomar la justicia por sus propias manos. From our perspective, it is the above, one of the causes for the end of a conflict to present the next, because when damage has been caused to the rights and freedoms of people, the only way to reconcile the injuries caused is precisely repairing them properly, otherwise, revenge, hurts and hatred, sooner or later, end up generating more violence. The guerrillas arise with peasants from whom a political class, oligarchic and landowner, snatched, and never returned, their lands, condemning them to very difficult social situations; The paramilitary groups, in turn, arise because a group of people, faced with the ineffectiveness of the State, sees the need to take justice into their own hands.
