Título :	Los Litisconsorcios en los contratos de colaboración empresarial The Litisconsorcios in business collaboration contracts

Descripción :	Con el objeto de analizar las variantes existentes de la figura del litisconsorcio en el Código General del Proceso, la evolución que ha presentado la figura jurídica a través de los cambios que ha tenido en nuestra legislación colombiana, se estudia las tres clases de litisconsorcio que obliga a los sujetos, se identifican como litisconsorte necesario, facultativo y cuasi-necesario, si puede llegar a existir o no un litisconsorcio y de que naturaleza, esto sin importar el extremo de la Litis en el que se llegare a integrar, pudiendo existir por pasiva, activa y/o mixto. Posteriormente, en el presente trabajo hago un estudio general de las obligaciones en el derecho romano y en nuestra legislación colombiana, en especial de la clasificación según los sujetos que las componen y la naturaleza de la prestación entre los mismos, estudiando las obligaciones de sujetos simples y sujetos plurales, y, en roma las obligaciones mancomunadas y solidarias, y en Colombia, las obligaciones conjuntas y solidarias. Later, in the present work I make a general study of the obligations in the Roman law and in our Colombian legislation, especially of the classification according to the subjects that compose them and the nature of the provision among them, studying the obligations of simple subjects and plural subjects, and, in Rome, the joint and solidary obligations, and in Colombia, the joint and solidary obligations. Thus, we study the business collaboration contracts, so that, with the previous study, we can analyze the variants and the modality that would be included in a joint agreement on the occasion of said contracts (Joint-venture, Consortium, Temporary Union, Commercial Agency, Franchise)
