Descripción :	Este trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto establecer que las Cooperativas de trabajo asociado son una figura jurídica con validez propia, que responde a necesidades, y características socioeconómicas concretas dentro del negocio de la palma de aceite en el municipio de San Alberto, Cesar. El municipio de San Alberto, debido a la estrecha relación que ha tenido con el sector palmicultor desde hace más de 50 años y en especial por el hecho de que empresarios dedicados a la explotación de este sector utilizan la figura de las Cooperativas de trabajo asociado para vincular su fuerza de trabajo, ha sido escogido como laboratorio para estudiar la evolución del Cooperativismo y en particular las C.T.A, sus bondades y beneficios, como forma regular las relaciones laborales dentro del negocio de la Palma Africana. Este estudio se enmarca bajo un breve relato de los antecedentes históricos de esta figura del cooperativismo, su regulación dentro del contexto nacional e internacional integrando en este aspecto los convenios internacionales ratificados por Colombia, así como los distintos pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional sobre su constitución y naturaleza jurídica. CONCLUSIONES 154 BIBLIOGRAFÍA 164 Pregrado The purpose of this research work is to establish that the Associated Work Cooperatives are a legal figure with its own validity, which responds to needs and specific socioeconomic characteristics within the oil palm business in the municipality of San Alberto, Cesar. The municipality of San Alberto, due to the close relationship it has had with the palm growing sector for more than 50 years and especially due to the fact that businessmen dedicated to the exploitation of this sector use the figure of Associated Work Cooperatives to linking its workforce, has been chosen as a laboratory to study the evolution of Cooperativism and in particular the CTA, its benefits and benefits, as a regular way of labor relations within the African Palm business. This study is framed under a brief account of the historical background of this figure of cooperativism, its regulation within the national and international context, integrating in this regard the international agreements ratified by Colombia, as well as the different pronouncements of the Constitutional Court on its constitution and legal nature.
