Descripción :	Este é um estudo das práticas sociais de saúde em três comunidades no Estado do Acre, uma de seringueiros e duas de agricultores. O estudo levantou semelhanças e diferenças, das práticas sociais de saúde entre as comunidades bem como relacionando estas semelhanças com organização da produção, produção. O trabalho parte dos contextos sociais das comunidades, das suas particularidades e especificidades para prender igualmente as particularidades das práticas sociais de saúde em cada comunidade, os seus modos de enfrentar e/ou resolver os seus problemas de saúde. Ao mesmo tempo o estudo procurou verificar a dimensão preventiva de doenças destas práticas sociais de saúde. A investigação foi realizada com a participação em encontros e reuniões das comunidades, nas atividades cotidianas dos respectivos postos de saúde, com entrevistas de Agentes Comunitários de Saúde e usuários dos postos, lideranças, rezadores, parteiras, bem como visitas, entrevistas e observações nos domicílios. O estudo verificou que as práticas sociais de saúde se diferenciam em certa medida com as diferenças na organização da produção e a história das comunidades. Ao mesmo tempo estas práticas apresentam semelhanças por envolverem a vida social onde participam lideranças, famílias, organizações sociais, articulações dentro e fora das comunidades. A prevenção de doenças está presente de forma ampla na efetivação das práticas sociais de saúde em tomo das quais há uma mobilização de esforços das comunidades claramente perceptíveis. This is a study of the social practices of health in three communities in the state of Acre, one of rubbertappers and two of agriculturists. The study detected similarities and differences of the social practices of health among the communities as well as relationing this similairities and differences with organization of production. The work begins from the social contexts of the communities, from their particularities and specificities to leam equaUy the particularities of the social practices ofhealth each community, their ways of facing and/or to solve their problems of health. In the same time the study tiied to verify the preventive dimension ofthe these social practices ofhealth. The investigation was reahzed with the participation in encounters and meeting of the communities, in the quotidian activities of the respective post of healt with enterviews of community agents of health and users of the post, leaders, midwives, praving people, as weU as visits, entreviews and observation in the domicilies. The study verified that the social health practice differ m certain form with the differences in the organization of production and the history of the communities. In the same time these practices present simUarities involving the social hfe where take part leaders, families, social organizations, articulations inside and outside ofthe communities. The prevention of the illnesses is present in a wide form in the effertivation of the social health practices and around them there is an effort mobihzation ofthe communities clearly perceptive.
