Descripción : The text is situated between the arts, anthropology and philosophy and aims to answer the question: can the artistic process be understood as a means of decoloniality of the ordinary body? Methodologically, a literature review was carried out and it was analyzed an artistic process in which the authors participated. It emerges from Sampaio’s proposal (2007) concerning the atense body for the scene, which can be a fruitful way to reach the decoloniality of the everyday body.
